Jeremy heads up Smailes Goldie's corporate finance department which specialises in servicing transactional deals for all types of businesses and, along with Ian Lamb, has built a team of corporate finance specialists who service clients at key stages of business development, carrying out due diligence and related work. Jeremy also gained the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification in 2006.
Over the last few years, he has increasingly been involved in forensic accounting and has been called upon to act as an expert witness in many disputes, including matrimonial/divorce cases, loss of profits, professional negligence and shareholder and partnership disputes.
