Ian became a partner at the age of 25. He specialises in complex planning issues for all types of businesses and in recent years has developed a high level of expertise in corporate acquisitions for a major client operating in the UK.
Along with Jeremy Allison, Ian has built a team of corporate finance specialists within the practice, who carry out due diligence and related work. As part of this team Ian assists with contractual negotiations. His high level of expertise in all areas of tax gives the firm a unique service to offer their wide ranging portfolio of clients - their own, highly skilled, in-house tax professional.
