Grant sourcing and application
We have built relationships with various grant providers over the last few years and can help you with the sourcing and application for grant support. This will probably involve the preparation of forecasts and possibly a full business plan.
We are registered consultants with the local Business Link and as such may also receive grant funding to cover part of our own costs in helping you develop management accounting and information systems and assisting you with the grant applications themselves. If you are considering starting a new business, expansion of an existing business, or simply moving into new areas then please contact us. We make no charge for initial discussions to determine your eligibility for grant support.
Business funding
"Sigma Solutions" can assist you with the raising of initial finance to start up or acquire a business and with further finance to fund capital expenditure programmes or increased working capital requirements following expansion. We can produce all appropriate forecasts and plans and will provide assistance in negotiations with equity funders, banks and other finance institutions.
Through Smailes Goldie, we have access to a successful corporate finance function headed by Jeremy Allison which can act as lead advisor to management teams with either MBO or MBI opportunities as well as to companies seeking to expand through acquisitions. We can also provide assistance with deal structuring, personal and corporate tax advice and all elements of associated due diligence work.
