Key Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with the Payroll Manager and wider team to deliver accurate and efficient payroll services for our varied client base. Your role will include:

  • Processing a range of monthly, fortnightly, and weekly payrolls
  • Handling payroll administration tasks such as new starters and leavers
  • Training to resolve PAYE queries and calculate statutory payments
  • Supporting with other legislative and compliance-related tasks
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service
  • Taking ownership of your own client portfolio and workflow
  • Helping You Succeed

Qualification/Experience:

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds — whether you are:

  • A college leaver, graduate, or considering a career change
  • Already working in payroll and ready to level up
  • Motivated, organised, and keen to learn

You don’t need payroll experience or qualifications — just Maths and English GCSEs (Grade A–C/4+) and a willingness to learn. We will take care of any training/development.
