India joined the firm in August 2025, after relocating back to the UK from Canada. She is an Accounts Senior based in our Scarborough office.
India has been fortunate to build a varied and well-rounded career in accountancy, from learning the fundamentals within a family-run business to developing a successful career at a Big 4 in Canada. Her experience spans accounts preparation, review engagements, corporate tax, and the use of AI in accountancy, along with mentoring junior employees.
Her day-to-day role involves the preparation of year-end accounts, tax computations, and quarterly VAT returns, as well as assisting with management accounts and forecasting and any ad-hoc tasks that come up.
She enjoys the variety that her role offers and the opportunity to learn something new each day. She likes getting to understand the diverse businesses her clients run and working directly with them, this is something she finds particularly rewarding.
Outside of work, India loves spending time with her partner and exploring new places around the world. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, running, cooking, and getting out for a hike on a weekend.
