Lois joined the firm in 2017 as Marketing Assistant. In 2021 Lois started a dual role which saw her take on some aspects of the firms HR function, alongside her Marketing role.
Lois’s day-to-day marketing role consists of planning events across the firm, from small internal events to our larger external events, including the firm’s presence at the Driffield Show, Charity Golf Day, Annual Quiz Night, and much more. Lois controls the social media, press release content, monthly newswires/e-shots etc.
In her day-to-day HR role, Lois deals with the maintenance of SG Connect (the firms internal data platform), deals with monthly job appraisals, and controls any data reports that the firm need and want on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Lois enjoys meeting new clients/contacts at the many events she attends; she also enjoys learning new things within both roles and loves a challenge!
Lois loves spending time with family and friends, enjoys going out for food and drinks, has a passion for cars and has an artistic flair.
