At Smailes Goldie, we don’t believe that you should rest on your laurels and so we regularly review the feedback from our clients so that we can identify areas for improvement and recognise where we’re excelling.
In the most recent survey – which took place in 2014 – 21 randomly selected clients gave us an average score of 4.5 out of 5.0 for understanding their business, and gave us 4.7 for providing time to supply information. In rating the three areas of speed to which we respond to emails and calls, work turnaround time and the clarity of our advice, we scored 4.4.

In fact, an overwhelming majority of those interviewed said that they would recommend Smailes Goldie and pointed to our ability to provide services on time, set-up account systems, and give clear advice. A huge 95% stated that because they use Smailes Goldie, they have no need to use another accountancy firm for any additional services.
