We are looking for a driven and forward-thinking Audit Manager to play a key role in leading our Audit team, strengthening client relationships, and helping shape the next phase of our journey.

The Opportunity:

This is more than a management role, it is a chance to make a real impact. You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio, work closely with clients, and be a trusted advisor while developing and inspiring those around you.

What You Will Be Doing:

Leading audits from planning through to completion with confidence and insight.
Managing a varied client portfolio across multiple sectors.
Acting as a key point of contact, building strong and lasting client relationships.
Reviewing work and providing guidance to develop our talented team.
Identifying opportunities to add value and support client growth.
Driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the audit function.

What We Are Looking For:

ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
Strong audit experience within practice, with a passion for delivering excellence.
A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others.
Commercial awareness and the ability to think beyond the numbers.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients.
A proactive, positive mindset with the ambition to grow.
Experience working with charities or within the education sector is desirable.
