Ben Thiim leads the tax department and focuses on problem solving with strategic and specialist tax planning for corporate and private clients, including in respect of capital gains tax, inheritance tax, succession and use of trusts, UK tax for international clients, corporate reconstructions, employment taxes and employee shares schemes as well as for stamp duty land tax.
