Mike Stocks

Mike joined the firm in 2009 as a trainee and became a Chartered Accountant in 2012. Mike then began working on transactional matters and developing his compliance portfolio. Mike gained experience across a wide range of corporate finance matters. In 2017 Mike was appointed a Partner of the firm. Mike now heads up the firm’s Corporate Finance department.

Mike has a wealth of experience assisting owner-managed businesses in accountancy, audit, and taxation matters. He acts as an audit partner for several large corporate groups and provides a wide range of commercial advice to his portfolio of clients.

Mike is one of the firm’s corporate finance specialists and heads up our Corporate Finance team, providing advisory services to clients on acquisitions, disposals, raising finance and restructuring. He is experienced in the role of lead advisor, structuring, and negotiating transactions for clients across a range of industries.
He enjoys meeting business owners across a variety of sectors, undertaking their businesses and adding value to them through his advice.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys playing and watching sports, especially golf, he is a keen golfer and can often be found on the golf course.
