We are looking for a driven and forward-thinking Audit Manager to play a key role in leading our Audit team, strengthening client relationships, and helping shape the next phase of our journey.
The Opportunity:
This is more than a management role, it is a chance to make a real impact. You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio, work closely with clients, and be a trusted advisor while developing and inspiring those around you.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading audits from planning through to completion with confidence and insight.
- Managing a varied client portfolio across multiple sectors.
- Acting as a key point of contact, building strong and lasting client relationships.
- Reviewing work and providing guidance to develop our talented team.
- Identifying opportunities to add value and support client growth.
- Driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the audit function.
What We Are Looking For:
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong audit experience within practice, with a passion for delivering excellence.
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to think beyond the numbers.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients.
- A proactive, positive mindset with the ambition to grow.
- Experience working with charities or within the education sector is desirable.
