The Application Process
Step 1: Application
Submit your CV and a covering letter to recruitment@smailesgoldie.co.uk.
Step 2: Meet and Greet
Held at our Hull Office on Wednesday, 1st April and Thursday, 2nd April 2026 (from 5.00pm).
Step 3: First Stage Interviews
Held at our Hull Office on Tuesday, 14th and Wednesday, 15th April 2026.
Step 4: Assessment Day
Successful candidates will be invited to a second interview and assessment day at the Hull Office on Thursday, 30th April 2026.
Step 5: The Offer
Offers will be extended to successful candidates by the end of May 2026.
Step 6: Your New Career
Start your apprenticeship journey with us between July and September 2026.
