Alex joined the firm in 2011 (following his A Levels) as a trainee in the Audit and Accounts department. Alex then moved into the Corporate Finance department in 2016 and became Corporate Finance Manager in July 2022.
Alex’s day to day role consists of preparing company valuations and carrying out due diligence for client acquisitions. He also prepares information memorandums to market client’s business for sale and guides them through the sales process. Alex also prepares integrated financial forecasts for future outlook or to acquire funding for working capital and/or acquisitions.
Alex enjoys the variety of work in his role, no job is the same and he loves dealing with a variety of clients and professional contacts.
Outside of work, Alex has a keen interest in keeping fit via the gym and he can usually be found on the golf course. His other interests include attending gigs and music festivals and travelling.
