Gemma joined the firm in July 2019 and is now a Manager in the Audit department of our Hull office.
Gemma works with a variety of clients ranging from owner managed SMEs to large groups, delivering a full range of audit and accountancy services in sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Haulage, and Investment Property.
As an Audit Manager, Gemma is passionate about delivering high-quality audits that adapt to an ever-changing business and technology landscape. She particularly enjoys developing audit methodologies that incorporate new technological advancements, including the use of AI, to enhance both efficiency and insight.
What Gemma loves most about audit is its variety — every engagement brings new challenges, perspectives, and opportunities to learn. Beyond the work itself, she is deeply committed to supporting and developing the next generation of auditors, helping trainees build confidence and technical expertise as they progress in their careers.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family, seeking out new experiences and moments that inspire fresh perspectives.
