Stephanie joined the firm in May 2023 as our HR Advisor.
Stephanie has a varied role in which she supports and liaises with different teams within the firm as well as the HR Manager. Stephanie is responsible for supporting our numerous trainee accountants during their professional qualification studies. This involves attending apprenticeship reviews, tracking exam progress, completions, attendance, as well as being the first point of contact for both trainee and our trainee provider.
In addition to this, Stephanie produces reports for our Partners as well as supporting the HR Manager and HR Assistant with the everyday HR activities. This includes recruitment, employee engagement, workforce analysis, and being the first point of contact for any employee queries.
Stephanie really enjoys supporting and watching the development of our new trainee accountants.
Outside of work Stephanie enjoys going to the gym, reading, and spending time with her family.
